Quick Power Tip - Set views to 250 records

If you’re new to Dynamics, you may be a little frustrated that the number of records shown in a list is limited to 50.

Then you’ll have to hit the next page. This can be a little time consuming.

This setting can be changed to allow up to 250 records to be shown in any Dynamics list and make your navigation a little less ‘clicky’.

Applies to:

Dynamics 365 On-Prem
Dynamics 365 On-line

How to Change the number of records in a list

Select the Cog icon in the top right and select Personalization Settings.

Next change the records per page to 250 (or another preference)

Click Apply and navigate more records in a single batch.
