Microsoft Dynamics Pricing
If you’re new to the Microsoft world, the licensing can be incredibly complex, mind-bending and confusing. Multiple levels based on your industry, user count and usage all play a part in the final, out-the-door price. Microsoft even have a dedicated certification for their licensing structure!
I’m going to focus on the more common scenarios to hopefully shed some light on this mystical art.
If you’d like to read through the licensing documentation yourself -
a summary can be found over at the Microsoft Licensing site; https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

Commercial Licensing
This is probably one of the more comment licensing options selected. Licensing is based on the number of users who need access to Dynamics. These are Named users - ie. every person who will use the system needs their own license.
