Update the child flow for action 'Run_a_Child_Flow' to not use 'run-only user' connections.

Troubleshooting error messages from PowerAutomate can sometimes be a frustrating experience with a relatively simple resolution. Listed below are some common techno-babble error messages and some potential solutions to hopefully make your day go a little easier!

Update the child flow for action 'Run_a_Child_Flow-MakeFolders' to not use 'run-only user' connections.

This is caused by a setting on the Child Flow that you are referencing in this flow. Open a new tab and head over to the other flow.

Hit the EDIT link on the RUN ONLY USERS in the bottom right corner and update the connection references that are ‘Run Only User’

Press OK on the popup message (after you’ve read it!)

The connection should now be updated

Head on back to the other parent flow and press the save button again. the error should no longer be shown.
